Your Role:
As an Operations Supervisor, you support the Site Manager and are responsible for planning, leading, and allocating work in daily operations. You work both operationally and administratively, and are responsible for quality assurance, work environment, customer contact, financial follow-up, planning of personnel and equipment, invoicing, and participation in budget and forecast work.
You maintain ongoing contact with customers and clients, prepare quotations and proposals, which means you thrive in a role with a business-focused approach and relationship-building dialogue. The role offers considerable freedom with responsibility, where you can influence both working methods and results.
About the Operations:
You will become part of our team in Helsingborg working with maintenance, operations, and minor construction projects, with both our own staff and hired resources/subcontractors.
Examples of work the team performs:
Winter road maintenance
Sand removal
Road inspections and traffic damage
Paving work
Green space maintenance
Drainage work (grates and culverts)
Sign and guardrail work
Rest area maintenance
Traffic damage management
Summer and winter readiness

Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with education in a relevant field and/or several years of experience as an operations supervisor within construction, operations, and maintenance. You have experience in operations and maintenance work as well as winter road maintenance, which is a requirement for this position.
You have high social competence, work in a structured manner, and inspire confidence in your interactions with both employees and customers. Your leadership is clear, present, and engaging.
Good computer skills and administrative ability are required since all follow-up and documentation is done digitally, including via GPS-based systems.

Emergency duty/road monitoring is included, and we welcome experience in both performing and leading emergency services
