Your Responsibilities
As a supervisor, you are responsible for daily operations while mentoring and supporting job seekers in their development. Through pedagogical training, guidance, and encouragement, you contribute to their path toward employment, studies, or other activities.
The work is varied, alternating between practical tasks in the kitchen or bakery and individual support. You plan daily work, delegate tasks, and ensure operations run smoothly. An important part of the position is ensuring that food handling, hygiene, and workplace environment routines are followed.
Collaboration is a natural part of everyday work, and you maintain ongoing contact with colleagues and other stakeholders around the job seekers.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for someone with experience working as a cook or baker/pastry chef. You also have experience mentoring, guiding, or training others. You express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written, have good digital skills, and a valid driver's license (Category B). It is a merit if you also have knowledge of conversation methodology and speak languages other than Swedish and English.
As a person, you are reliable and stable. You enjoy working with people from different backgrounds and see possibilities even when the path forward may be challenging. With a pedagogical approach, you adapt your support to the job seeker's needs and circumstances. You build trusting relationships, collaborate well with others, and take responsibility for driving work forward. You also use the organization's resources responsibly and understand how finances and operations connect.
