About the Position Carotte is now seeking an experienced and dedicated shift supervisor for Konserthuset in Stockholm. As a shift supervisor, you are a key person in creating a professional and welcoming experience for our guests. You oversee a team of Carotte consultants working at various types of events—from dinners and conferences to concerts and corporate parties. The number of guests varies greatly depending on the event, which requires high levels of flexibility and the ability to work at a fast pace. You lead the staff during operations, ensure an efficient workflow between kitchen and service, receive deliveries, and actively participate in serving food and beverages. You are active throughout the entire event, communicate with the team, and provide support where needed. The role also includes standard restaurant and café tasks such as cash handling and dishwashing. We are looking for you who Have experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a leadership role Have strong communication and leadership skills Are service-oriented with an eye for detail Have the ability to work under stress and solve problems quickly and effectively Have knowledge of food and beverages (advantageous) To thrive in this role, we see that you have a passion for service and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and colleagues. You are employed by Carotte Food & Event and work alongside our unit manager at the client location. Varying working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
