Caverion is looking for a committed and driven operations manager in property management for our assignment at Stockholm Exergi. The assignment includes technical management, operations and maintenance of Stockholm's most important energy facilities including Värtan, Brista, Högdalen and Hässelby. Stockholm Exergi is a crucial part of the city's infrastructure and works with resource-efficient solutions for heating, electricity, cooling and waste – an assignment that really makes a difference. Your role – where technology meets leadership As an operations manager, you will have a central position in a skilled team where you lead/plan work and also work in daily technical operations. As a group, you contribute to creating safe, efficient and future-proof operations. You will, among other things: Lead and allocate work within operations and maintenance Ensure quality, safety and efficiency in delivery Be a key person in dialogue with the customer and operations Drive improvements and development of technical property systems Who are you? We are looking for someone who combines technical expertise with natural leadership. You motivate others, take responsibility and enjoy a role where you can influence and develop.
