About the Position As a Work Supervisor with us, you will be responsible for supporting our operations in day-to-day work at the depot and out in the field. You will lead and help plan and distribute work tasks and resources such as materials, vehicles, personnel, and subcontractors together with the Site Manager. You will switch between performing practical work tasks out in the field and administrative work in the office. Your responsibilities include: Managing and leading our contracting services on road and construction sites Actively engaging in customer relations Planning work in our work order system and supporting invoicing Helping our customers alongside your colleagues with their traffic solution needs while focusing on profitability and customer satisfaction This is a full-time position based in Sundsvall. Regular working hours are during the day, but night and weekend work may occur. We are a flexible group where everyone collaborates and supports each other. About You As a person, you have excellent problem-solving abilities and possess good administrative skills. You take initiative and are open, curious, and enjoy challenges. You prioritize putting the customer first and have a strong sense of service. You are expected to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be skilled at organizing and prioritizing your work. Requirements for the Position: Category B driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing are required.
