Your main responsibilities: Lead, support, and plan the daily work for installers and installation teams. Ensure that projects are executed according to schedule, quality requirements, and customer expectations. Manage resource planning, scheduling, and coordination of assignments. Be an important point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal functions. Follow up on projects, handle deviations, and ensure a high service level throughout the process. Work actively with work environment, safety, and team development. Contribute to improvements in routines, processes, and working methods within the operation. We believe you have: Previous experience in foreman duties, project management, or coordination within construction, assembly, kitchens, stone, interior design, or related industry. Experience planning and coordinating multiple parallel projects or work groups. Good administrative ability and experience with digital planning tools. Fluent Swedish in speech and writing. Class B driver's license. Good understanding of customer service and the importance of delivering high quality. Meritorious: Experience from the construction, kitchen, interior design, or stone industry. Experience with personnel responsibility. Knowledge of surveying, blueprint reading, or technical project coordination. Experience with LEAN or improvement work.
