As a work leader for the ski school, you are responsible and work operationally in the daily operations of the department and ensure that the guest's experience with us always meets our goals regarding routines, workflows, efficiency, and service. You are the department manager's right hand and the closest contact for the staff in the department. Therefore, an important part is being able to motivate your colleagues and being there for support when they need it. You are passionate about skiing and enjoy working with people – both adults and children. You are stress-resistant, step up when needed, and like working across departmental boundaries. That you are cheerful, positive, and service-oriented we see as a given. At Branäs, we believe that happy employees lead to happy guests. Requirements You should be comfortable with both English and Swedish. You need to have ski instructor certification level 1–2 (additional levels are a plus). Merits Experience in a work leader role from previous employment. Driver's license and access to a car. Application This is a seasonal employment from November to April and the position is covered by HRF's collective agreement. Branäs collaborates with Ljung & Sjöberg to counteract alcohol, drug, and gambling issues and is a certified Proactive workplace against this.
