Together, we ensure that an entire society functions. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a shift leader, you will primarily work with carpentry and lead teams in furniture renovation. You need to be able and willing to instruct, teach, and learn new things. You are a role model, coach, and translate assignments into practical training for a diverse group of unemployed/employees as you carry out work tasks together. Through collaboration with others, you will influence how we succeed in getting more job seekers into employment, education, and self-sufficiency. You will lead the daily operations within furniture circulation but also need to be prepared to lead teams in other assignments as needed. With us, "the team comes before the individual." You need to make important decisions with short notice, handle any conflicts, and have understanding for different people's backgrounds, how employees react and understand their assignments. You need to be flexible in your approach and be prepared for working conditions to change and for you to adapt and reprioritize when necessary. You should contribute to good work satisfaction, professional pride, and individual development for both participants, employees, and the operation. The assignment includes planning operational work, communicating with clients, developing operations, and being responsible for our participant meetings where today's work is distributed among participants/employees and where we wrap up at the end of the day. It also includes administrative work compiling documentation for billing work. QUALIFICATIONS Driver's License B-class driver's license is a requirement. Additional driver's license categories are merits. Carpentry Expertise You understand sustainability, furniture reuse, and circularity. You have knowledge in furniture restoration/carpentry. Experience with the Target Group You are comfortable meeting people whose Swedish language skills are still developing. You are experienced meeting people with different abilities and circumstances, ages, and backgrounds. Pedagogical You have experience with pedagogical work. You have a coaching approach. Leadership Experience You have experience with pedagogical work. You have a coaching approach. You are confident in uncertain situations and stand up for your opinions. You have the courage to speak up and can distinguish between the issue and the person. You adapt and find win-win solutions through a humble focus on the common goal. You quickly find solutions to problems that arise. You think outside the box, think in new ways, and find solutions to old problems. You take active initiative in social situations, step forward, and easily create new relationships. Employment Form: Permanent employment. Duration: Indefinite, start date: as soon as possible or by agreement.
