About the Job We are looking for someone who is reliable, flexible, and willing to work around-the-clock shifts, and who is comfortable working independently. Since the work occasionally requires manual transfers, you must not have any physical limitations that would prevent you from training, relaxing on the couch, or other situations where manual transfers are necessary. The client is a 32-year-old man living alone in an apartment, so understanding what needs to be done in a home and the ability to assist with daily household tasks will be an important part of your work. You will support the client in his daily life, accompany him on outings and trips. The work is based in Tuve. Due to the nature of the work, Swedish proficiency in speech and writing is a requirement. Experience working with people and leadership is a plus, but the most important thing is personal chemistry. Work hours are 15:00-09:00 with on-call sleeping duty and weekend shifts. As an applicant, you will work full-time on a schedule and have a supervisor responsibility that primarily involves responsibility for staffing and cooperation with the assignment manager.
