About the Positions As a construction supervisor, you work in production leading, planning, and following up on daily work to ensure optimal progress. You maintain logs, report obstacles, changes, deviations, and compile billing documentation. Responsibility for work preparations and ordering of materials and services are other tasks included. You communicate and collaborate with personnel, clients, and subcontractors. Competencies and Personal Qualities The person we seek wants to be the hub and is driven, reliable, and well-organized. Leadership is important and you are a role model who creates engagement among our employees. It is also important that you act professionally in contacts with our suppliers and clients. To succeed requires experience from the industry, either with a focus on construction concrete or earthworks and water management. You currently work as a construction supervisor, crew leader, or have corresponding experience for several years. It is a merit if you have higher education in construction & civil engineering. A driver's license and good computer skills are required. Your place of residence within the geography is less important as long as you are flexible and can travel to where the projects are located.
