We are now looking for you—an engaged, structured, and responsible person with many years of experience working within the LSS sector who wants to combine a position as a personal assistant and work supervisor for our 20-year-old customer in Västerås. The Work Supervisor Role To fit into the work supervisor role, we see that you are mature, pedagogical, responsible, and have a good understanding of how functioning personal assistance is crucial for our customer's quality of life and personal development. You need to view this assignment as long-term to create security for the customer, the customer's family, and the work team. You need to have clear and direct communication and be able to collaborate with all individuals. In this role, you will supervise a large group of approximately 15 assistants, and your tasks include: Schedule planning and staffing responsibility Establishing and updating routine descriptions and operational documents Participating in recruitment and having overall responsibility for introducing new staff members Participating in contact with habilitation and other care facilities Together with the assignment manager, leading staff meetings Continuously working with quality assurance through social documentation and incident reporting based on the customer's implementation plan. However, her extensive need for assistance does not prevent her from finding fun activities every day! In your role, you will plan and structure her daily life so that each day feels meaningful. Your workday can look many different ways, but care routines are the same, and your most important task is to ensure that the customer is doing well and living a fun, secure, and meaningful life. You work where the customer is, whether it's at doctor's appointments, game nights with friends, or family gatherings. The job as a personal assistant is about giving her the conditions to live as independently and meaningfully as possible.
