Our client OTM Energi & Bygg is now seeking a lead electrician for their operations, which are in an exciting growth phase. Here you'll have the opportunity to take a key role in a company working with future energy solutions within solar energy, energy storage, and energy efficiency. About the Position As a lead electrician, you'll have a central role in the organization where you're responsible for leading and coordinating a team of approximately 5–7 electricians. You'll ensure that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and with high quality while contributing to developing both the business and its employees. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, the sales organization, and other parties, where you serve as the link between planning and execution. You'll work in a rapidly developing industry and be part of driving that development forward. At the same time, you'll be involved in installations including energy storage systems, solar installations, energy sharing, and other modern energy systems. Responsibilities In your role as lead electrician, you will, among other things: Lead, plan, and allocate work for a team of electricians Ensure that projects are completed according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements Take responsibility for workplace environment matters and contribute to the company's systematic workplace environment efforts (SAM) Ensure that inspections and documentation are performed according to applicable requirements Coordinate materials and resources at worksites Contribute to employee skills development and coaching About You We're looking for someone with solid experience as an electrician who wants to take the next step in their career or already works in a leadership role today. You enjoy taking responsibility, creating structure, and motivating others while having a strong technical interest in technological development. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: At least 5 years of experience as an electrician Good understanding of electrical installations and technical systems ECY certification Category B driver's license Personal Qualities As a person, you are engaged, responsible, and solution-oriented. You have a natural ability to structure daily work and an inherent capacity to build trust. You enjoy working closely with both customers and colleagues while being a driven individual.
