Ramudden is Hiring a Site Supervisor Do you love solving problems and are skilled at leading teams? Then this is the position for you! We are now seeking a Site Supervisor for our depot in Östersund. Östersund is part of the Northern Norrland region along with Sundsvall, Umeå, Luleå, Skellefteå, and Örnsköldsvik. About the Position As a Site Supervisor with us, you will be responsible for supporting our operations in daily work at the depot and out in the field, ensuring that all work is carried out according to our work plans. Your main tasks will include planning and allocating work assignments and resources such as materials, vehicles, personnel, and subcontractors together with the Site Manager. When needed, you may also handle practical operational tasks. Together with your colleagues, you will help our customers with their traffic solutions needs with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction. You will ensure the customer receives the right materials and that work is invoiced correctly. This is a permanent full-time position with a 6-month probationary period. The position is based in Östersund. Regular working hours are during the day, though night and weekend shifts may occur. We are a flexible team where everyone works together and supports one another. About You You have excellent problem-solving skills and possess strong administrative abilities. You view working with computers as a positive aspect of your work and something you enjoy developing further. We prefer candidates with previous experience from the construction and civil engineering industry and experience leading and managing projects. You are proactive, open-minded, curious, and enjoy challenges. You are focused on putting the customer first and have a strong sense of service. You are expected to be able to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously and excel at organizing and prioritizing your work. A Class B driver's license and strong Swedish language skills in both speaking and writing are required. Previous experience in supervisory roles is desirable.
