Site Supervisor - New Construction

Isaksson Byggbemanning AB is seeking a site supervisor for a new construction project in Stockholm on behalf of one of our clients. Our client is facing an exciting and expansive future and is now looking for a dedicated, responsible, and results-oriented site supervisor. You will be employed by Isaksson Byggbemanning and assigned to work for our client. About the Position As a site supervisor, you will plan, lead, and monitor production within your assigned area of responsibility. Your main responsibilities include: Plan and coordinate personnel and subcontractors Monitor and follow up on production with respect to schedule and logistics Continuously monitor the approved production budget and provide forecasts within assigned areas of responsibility, and report to the site manager Verify invoices and approve materials within your area of responsibility Conduct toolbox meetings and daily briefings with craftspeople and subcontractors within your assigned area Participate in safety inspections Your Qualifications: Work experience from the construction industry, preferably from a supervisory position focused on new construction of multi-family residential buildings, townhouses, commercial properties, or similar projects You hold a B-class driver's license and own a vehicle You speak and write Swedish fluently A relevant academic degree is advantageous Good computer skills Apply Today!
