Your Tasks As a lift supervisor, you are responsible for and work in the daily operations of the department, ensuring that every guest encounter with us always meets our goals regarding routines, workflows, efficiency, and service. You are the department manager's right hand and the closest contact for the team members in the department. An important part of the work is being able to motivate, engage, and provide feedback to your colleagues to help them perform as well as possible, while also working yourself and leading by example. The lift attendants meet virtually all of the facility's guests, so it is important that you are a good ambassador for our resort and that you can answer guest questions and provide helpful tips. You are also a major part of our lift downtime procedures. Your task is primarily to search for and report information to the operations manager in case of longer outages. Requirements You must be comfortable with both English and Swedish. You must be able to ski or snowboard. Meritorious Experience in a supervisor role from previous jobs. Driver's license and access to a car. How to Apply This is a seasonal position from November to April and the position falls under HRF's collective agreement.
