About the Position As a site manager, you are responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating personnel and subcontractors on the work site. You are accountable for ensuring compliance with work environment and quality standards, and you monitor production with respect to cost, schedule, and logistics. To support you, you have access to production schedules, production budgets, our management system, and of course support from managers and colleagues. Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience in construction production in a leadership position—preferably from residential new construction. An engineering background is a merit, but we also welcome skilled tradespeople with a few years of experience in a site manager role. A Class B driver's license is an advantage, but not a requirement. We especially value your passion for leadership. Furthermore, you are structured in your work approach and enjoy working methodically. You think long-term and always keep safety and quality in focus. It is also important that you are clear in your communication and can interact effectively with different people.
