About the Position As a Site Supervisor, you'll lead and develop a team of employees, and together you'll work with a customer who manages properties in Stockholm and south of the city. Together, you'll be responsible for caring for the outdoor environment – that is, everything from courtyards and gardens to walkways, entrances, and green spaces. This work requires both practical maintenance and strategic planning. You'll have a combination of operational and administrative responsibility, where you both work closely with the team in the field and create structure in the office. You're responsible for planning and monitoring projects, budgets, and results, developing efficient work methods, and maintaining close dialogue with customers and subcontractors. You have completed horticultural education and deep plant knowledge. Experience in site supervision or team leadership. Skilled at estimating jobs and planning projects. You combine a quality mindset with cost control and efficiency. A positive team player with a valid driver's license (Class B).
