About the Company Do you want to take a key role in an established company within the construction and installation industry? We are now looking for a construction supervisor who wants to be responsible for planning, coordination, and management of assembly and construction projects in the Stockholm area. About the Role As a Construction Supervisor, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading daily operations within construction and installation projects. You ensure that projects are executed according to schedule, budget, and established quality requirements while supporting installers and subcontractors in their daily work. The role involves many contact points where you work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal functions. You are responsible for resource planning, monitoring project progress, and handling deviations and complaints. In addition, you have personnel responsibility and actively work to create a safe, secure, and well-functioning work environment. More specifically, the position includes: - Plan, coordinate, and monitor construction and installation projects - Supervise installers and subcontractors - Ensure quality, work environment, and delivery according to schedule - Maintain ongoing contact with customers, suppliers, and partners - Handle deviations, complaints, and personnel administration - Contribute to the development of procedures and working methods About You We are looking for someone with experience in a supervisory role within the construction or installation industry who enjoys a daily routine where you can combine leadership, planning, and problem-solving. You have a structured approach to work, are experienced in prioritizing multiple parallel projects, and are driven by creating efficient processes and good results. As a person, you are confident in your leadership and have good communication skills. You build trusting relationships with both employees, customers, and partners and collaborate easily while having the courage to make decisions when the situation requires it. The following are requirements for the position: - Construction technical education or equivalent experience - Experience from a supervisory or project management role within construction or installation - Knowledge of AMA, ÄTA, and construction law (AB/ABT) - Good computer skills - Class B driver's license - Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Merits: - BAS-P/BAS-U - Hot Work Certification - Experience from service or contracting operations Other Information Start: By agreement Location: Northern Stockholm Scope: Full-time Working hours: Monday - Friday Salary: By agreement Background checks will be conducted on candidates who proceed in the process.
