Our client is a civil engineering and construction company with a strong focus on precision grading and courtyards, primarily operating in the city center and on the north side of Stockholm. Right now they are in an exciting growth phase with several new projects underway, including assignments that require you to pass a security clearance. About the Position As a site foreman, you are responsible for planning resources, ensuring that the right materials are on site, and leading employees in daily production. You conduct safety inspections, follow up on workplace environment requirements, and handle administration, documentation, and financial matters related to the project. You participate in safety rounds, workplace environment and construction meetings, and play an important role in creating a safe and efficient workplace with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving. Daily leadership and motivation of employees. Resource and material planning. Safety inspections and workplace environment follow-up. Project administration (such as daily logs, self-inspections, invoice attestation). Participate in meetings and establish KMA plans as needed. Qualifications Secondary education. At least three years of experience as a site foreman in civil engineering and construction. Broad expertise in civil engineering and construction contracting. Good knowledge of AMA, MER, and construction law (AB04/ABT06). Familiar with workplace environment regulations and construction processes. Swedish citizen – able to pass a security clearance. Good computer skills, experience with digital tools and spreadsheets (Excel). Class B driver's license and certifications in BAS-U, hot work, and work on roads. Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good English skills.
