Work Supervisor (Full-Time)

TriGo is seeking a Team Leader / Work Supervisor – full-time in Stockholm! About the Position The position is 100% and work is based in Stockholm. You will work in an established cleaning company where the pace is high and the days are varied. Working hours can vary, and evening and weekend work occur. Your responsibilities: Lead, support, and follow up on staff in daily work Ensure high quality in deliveries to our customers Plan staffing and work efforts Manage materials, equipment, and orders Train and educate staff in work tasks and procedures Be operationally involved when needed and support in the field We are looking for you who: Have experience from the cleaning or facility management industry Have previous experience leading and delegating work Are organized, responsible, and solution-oriented Enjoy a role with both personnel responsibility and hands-on work Have good customer service skills and enjoy customer contact Have a B driver's license Have computer skills and previous experience with systems like Tengella or similar is a merit Why work at TriGo?
