As a site manager with us, you will be part of an engaged team and participate in varied projects, from residential buildings to public buildings. Now we are facing an exciting assignment: building Visby's new ice hockey arena. As a site manager, you will have an important role in a project that will have great significance for Visby and Gotland for many years to come.
About the position
As a site manager with us, you assist the project manager in leading projects, planning, work preparation, follow-up, and maintain close contact with craftspeople and subcontractors. In this role, you will have great variety and breadth in your work.
Who are you?
As a person, you are driven and engaged, and enjoy working both independently and in a team. You have good leadership qualities and the ability to build trust with colleagues, clients, and the public. You find it easy to make decisions, plan, and organize your work, and you enjoy problem-solving.
We are looking for someone with construction technical education and/or relevant work experience that we consider equivalent. You have previous experience in the role of site manager in construction production. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and a Category B driver's license is a requirement.
