JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for a colleague for the role of Electrical Supervisor with a focus on low voltage work. In this role, you will contribute with communication, planning, organization, and management of the daily work performed by your team. You will lead your team to perform work in a safe and quality manner and have financial responsibility for your projects. Examples of job responsibilities may include: • Daily planning of assigned contract work in one or more projects • Contributing to cost estimation and calculations for new projects • Updating schedules • Planning and allocating resources based on project needs • Writing or reviewing logs, self-inspections, and other documentation We welcome your improvement suggestions and value your ability to conduct work safely. QUALIFICATIONS To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who works methodically and is used to planning, executing, following up, and delivering according to goals and timelines. You have good communication and collaboration skills as the work is performed in close cooperation with both your own work group and other technical disciplines. Work assignments on the railway require that you are attentive, thorough, and that you prioritize safety. Good computer skills and administrative ability, along with the ability to learn and understand new data systems, are important as follow-up, reporting, material orders, and control documentation in various data systems are part of the job. We are further looking for someone who has: • High school education in electrical and energy program • Driver's license (Category B) • Good IT skills • Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing • Work experience in low voltage and/or overhead contact line work Meritorious knowledge and experience: • Work experience in the railway industry • We also see it as meritorious if you have previous experience with personnel responsibility and project management, but the most important thing is that you enjoy building good and respectful relationships. The position involves substantial travel, and we are therefore looking for someone who enjoys a mobile role and appreciates working in different locations across the country.
