We are approximately 40 people in our unit, whose tasks include maintaining, developing, and taking care of street lighting, streets, parks, playgrounds, beaches, and sports facilities. We are now looking for a supervisor who can strengthen our unit with managing and planning operations and minor projects within the areas of lighting, street/traffic, and service. This will involve some administrative tasks such as invoice reviews, documentation, work preparations, creation and monitoring of schedules, participation in meetings with clients, etc. The work takes place in close collaboration both within and outside the unit. With the municipality's values of openness, care, and initiative in mind, we work daily to maintain and develop our public environments with the goal of making Ängelholm municipality a good place to work and live in. QUALIFICATIONS To succeed in the role of supervisor with us, you should be structured, responsible, and service-oriented as a person and understand the importance of planning and organizing daily work. You have an interest in and ability to lead and develop both yourself and your colleagues in a positive spirit. You have an easy time bringing others along and are driven to motivate and engage people in your environment. You have documented experience with the work tasks and understand the importance of maintaining budget and agreed timelines. Always with a good level of service to citizens and clients. You master Swedish in speech and writing, have good IT skills, and are an experienced user of Office programs. We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities. A B-class driver's license for a manual transmission vehicle is a requirement.
