We are looking for someone who has At least five years of experience with building, renovation, and extension projects, smaller building operations (building service) with project sizes around 5–20 million SEK Currently working as a construction supervisor within building service and experienced in leading employees and subcontractors Good understanding of project economics, experience with creating own estimates and forecast work Knowledge of construction law and time and logistics planning For this position, you also need to have a valid driver's license (Category B) and good computer skills. As a person, you are driven by development in your professional role, are relationship-focused and have strong communication skills. You are also confident in contact with clients and customers as this is part of your daily work. Additionally, you are comfortable taking significant personal responsibility and driving work forward.
