About Building Norrland We build and renovate commercial and public buildings as well as residential properties throughout Norrland, from Sundsvall in the south to Luleå in the north. The division consists of approximately 200 committed employees, both salaried staff and skilled workers, who together drive projects forward with a focus on sustainable and long-term solutions. About the Position As a construction site supervisor with us, you work close to the production in projects where structure, attention to detail, and a professional approach are crucial. You lead, allocate, and plan work within your area of responsibility in close collaboration with the site manager and other supervisors. Together with committed skilled workers and specialists, you drive the work forward with focus on quality, economy, and progress. You participate in developing and monitoring schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and conduct work preparations together with the team. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is calm and confident, thrives, and has experience in the role of construction site supervisor. You are technically skilled and accustomed to solving problems when circumstances change. It is natural for you to work close to production and take responsibility in your daily work, even when it requires patience and a methodical approach. You have a flexible and adaptable approach, work in a structured manner within given frameworks, and have respect for routines and protocols. Attention to detail, judgment, and professionalism are an obvious part of how you approach your assignment. We place great importance on your personal qualities such as collaboration skills, engagement, and integrity. You need strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Additional Information This is a permanent position with a six-month trial period. The role requires regular physical presence at our construction sites, so we are looking for someone who lives—or has the opportunity to settle—in Norrbotten County. Our initial projects are within commuting distance from Luleå, but it is also possible to commute conveniently from northern Västerbotten, for example from Skellefteå. A Class B driving license is a requirement as our projects are located where our customers are. This position will be subject to background checks in accordance with NCC's security culture.
