About Building Norrland We build and renovate both commercial and public buildings as well as residential properties throughout Norrland, from Sundsvall in the south to Luleå in the north. The department consists of approximately 200 engaged employees, both office staff and skilled workers, who together drive projects forward with a focus on sustainable and long-term solutions. About the Position As a construction supervisor with us, you work close to production in projects where structure, precision, and a professional approach are crucial. You lead, allocate, and plan work within your area of responsibility in close collaboration with the site manager and other supervisors. Together with engaged skilled workers and specialists, you drive the work forward with a focus on quality, economics, and progress. You participate in developing and monitoring schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and conduct work preparations together with the team. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is calm and confident, enjoys the supervisor role, and has experience in this position. You are technically skilled and experienced at solving problems when circumstances change. It is natural for you to work close to production and take responsibility in everyday situations, even when it requires patience and a methodical approach. You have a flexible and adaptable mindset, work structurally within given frameworks, and have respect for procedures and protocols. Precision, judgment, and professionalism are a natural part of how you approach your assignment. We place great value on your personal qualities such as collaboration ability, commitment, and integrity. You need good knowledge and fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Additional Information This is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period. The role requires regular physical presence at our project sites, and we are therefore looking for someone who lives—or has the possibility to move—within Norrbotten County. Our initial projects are within commuting distance from Luleå, but it is also possible to commute smoothly from northern Västerbotten, for example from Skellefteå. A Category B driver's license is required as our projects are located where our customers are. This position will be subject to background checks in accordance with NCC's security culture.
