JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a Track Supervisor, you have full personnel, budget, and work environment responsibility for the Track Technicians in your work group, and you lead, plan, and distribute their work. You also maintain continuous contact with our customer. In this role, you have the opportunity to influence your operations by planning and implementing projects based on Infranord's vision and goals. The role also involves continuously contributing improvements to streamline work. Additionally, you are driven by engaging and motivating your employees daily in their work. In this role, you have supervisor colleagues with whom you work closely, and you work on assignment from the Site Manager, who is also your direct supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with at least upper secondary education. A B driver's license is a requirement for the position. We see that you have experience in supervisory work and have worked in the railway industry. You are accustomed to planning, implementing, following up, and delivering according to set goals and timelines. You have good communication and collaboration skills as work is performed in close cooperation with both your own work group and other technical departments. Flexibility, stress resilience, and service orientation are prerequisites for delivering to our customers. Work assignments on railways require that you are attentive, thorough, and have a strong focus on safety. We place great importance on personal suitability in the selection process.
