Your Responsibilities As an activity leader, you are responsible for and work operatively in the day-to-day operations of the department so that all our guests get the best experience possible when visiting our activities. You are also involved in and responsible for our mascots, the Bear Cubs. You are the department manager's right hand and the closest contact for the staff in the department. Therefore, an important part of the role is being able to motivate your colleagues and being there as support when they need it. We see that you have an interest in downhill skiing and enjoy working with people – both adults and children. You are stress-resistant, step up when needed, and like to work across departmental boundaries. That you are cheerful, positive, and service-oriented is a given for us. At Branäs, we believe that happy employees lead to happy guests. Requirements You must be comfortable with both English and Swedish. You must be able to ski or snowboard. Merits Experience in a leadership role from previous employment. Driver's license and access to a car. Previous experience working with children's activities. Application This is a seasonal employment from November to April and the position is covered by HRF's collective agreement. Branäs collaborates with Ljung & Sjöberg to prevent alcohol, drug, and gambling issues and is a certified Proactive workplace in this regard.
