About the Role As a construction site manager at Peab, you'll have a key role in our projects. You are present in production and ensure that work is planned, executed, and followed up in an efficient and high-quality manner. In close collaboration with the project manager and other colleagues, you drive the work toward the project's goals. In this role, you will, among other things: Plan, lead, and follow up on work at the project Prepare work plans and allocate tasks to skilled workers Coordinate subcontractors and ensure that work proceeds according to schedule Contribute to a good work environment and positive team collaboration Be an important culture and team player in the project team About You We are looking for someone who has: Building or construction engineering education At least 3 years of experience as a construction site manager in new residential or commercial construction projects Strong ability to plan, structure, and communicate A holistic perspective and confidence in making decisions As a person, you thrive in a role of responsibility where you can combine leadership with operational presence. You build good relationships easily, work in a solution-oriented manner, and are experienced in using digital tools in your daily work.
