Site Supervisor for grounds, landscaping and outdoor environments Järfälla Utemiljö AB is seeking a site supervisor Järfälla Utemiljö AB is a company operating in grounds maintenance, landscaping, earthwork and foundation work, and other outdoor environment services. We are now looking for a dedicated, responsible and organized site supervisor who wants to help plan, lead and oversee our daily operations at our various job sites in Järfälla and the Stockholm area. About the position As a site supervisor at Järfälla Utemiljö AB, you will play an important role in our daily operations. You will be responsible for planning and organizing work, leading personnel and ensuring that assignments are completed efficiently and professionally. The role involves both independent responsibility and close collaboration with company management, employees and customers. Work tasks Your responsibilities will include: planning and allocating daily work overseeing and coordinating personnel at different job sites monitoring ongoing work ensuring work is performed according to plan and agreement controlling the quality of completed work planning staffing, materials, machinery and equipment providing instructions and support to employees ensuring workplace health and safety procedures are followed maintaining ongoing contact with customers and company management reporting on work progress and any deviations handling practical problems that may arise during the workday when needed, actively participating in operations Work primarily encompasses assignments in grounds maintenance, landscaping, earthwork, outdoor environments and other related tasks. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: has experience in site supervision or similar responsibilities has experience in groundwork, construction, landscaping, property maintenance, outdoor environments or similar work has strong planning and organizational skills can lead, motivate and support employees is responsible and solution-oriented can make independent decisions in daily operations is thorough and well-organized can work both independently and as part of a team has strong communication skills A Class B driver's license is required. It is an advantage if you have previously worked as a site supervisor in groundwork, construction, landscaping, property maintenance or other outdoor environment operations.
