Work Supervisor

We continue to do well and we currently have several exciting construction projects in the startup phase. Now we are looking for an experienced work supervisor at Peab Anläggning in Stockholm. Our projects include earthwork, road & utility works, roads, railways, and bridges. About the Position As a work supervisor, you work in production close to the site manager and skilled workers. Your responsibility is to lead, plan, and follow up on daily work and ensure optimal progress. You, together with the site manager, drive and coordinate the project and contribute to a good work environment. You keep a logbook, report obstacles, changes, deviations, and compile billing documentation. You are responsible for work preparations and requisitions of materials and services. You communicate and collaborate with our clients and subcontractors. Competencies and Personal Qualities Have a construction/civil engineering education Have three to five years of experience in earthwork and construction, where you have experience with construction design and concrete Have experience from a supervisory position, or alternatively other leadership experience within construction and civil engineering production Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing Have good computer skills Have a B driver's license An advantage if you have concrete, class 1 and/or class 2 certification You enjoy being central to operations and are driven, reliable, and organized. Leadership is important and you are a role model who creates engagement among our employees. You are a good communicator in both speech and writing. It is also important that you act professionally in contacts with our suppliers and clients. Other Information Start: By agreement Scope: Permanent, with a six-month trial period.
