Work Supervisor

About the Position As a Work Supervisor at Peab Construction, you will work together with a Site Manager on various small and medium-sized projects. In your role as Work Supervisor, your task is to plan staffing, prepare materials for your craftspeople, and follow up through documentation to ensure that projects proceed according to plan. You give your all to deliver good results on time! The position offers many social contacts as a Work Supervisor—you will meet our clients, have contact with suppliers, and work closely with our staff. Requirements and Personal Qualities To thrive and contribute in this role, we believe you have relevant education and/or experience in production management within construction, or you have many years of experience as a construction worker and are ready to take the next step. You speak and write Swedish fluently and hold a B-class driver's license. You have an interest, the right attitude, and experience meeting different types of people and adapting your leadership to different situations. You are an experienced leader who sets a good example. Those you lead become engaged, and you are skilled at building team cohesion and teamwork. You have a sense for structure, planning, and economics. The position is a permanent full-time employment.
