Project Supervisor

Are you an experienced project supervisor with a passion for working on large-scale projects? We are expanding and now seeking driven project supervisors for an exciting project in Sandviken! Responsibilities: Assist the Site Manager in ongoing work and follow up on the project in all aspects of the production process: initiation, execution, and closure. Ensure that projects are carried out according to customer expectations regarding technical performance, quality, environment, workplace safety, regulations, and agreements. Drive workplace safety initiatives at job sites in accordance with company goals and action plans. Participate in the development of schedules and their monitoring. Assist with work preparations together with project personnel. Approve timesheets for your own staff. Contribute to ensuring that cost estimates and bids comply with decision procedures and profitability targets. Prepare production budgets, review invoices, and economic reports. Responsible for financial reconciliation of projects together with the Site Manager. Participate in bids and business agreements, project reviews, construction meetings, and final meetings with the customer. Optimally allocate resources within projects and assignments. Participate in project closure according to applicable procedures and share lessons learned within the site organization. Qualifications: Multiple years of experience as a project supervisor in earthworks and construction. Post-secondary education of at least two years is a merit. Strong knowledge of engineering, production, and production economics. Experience with personnel management and leading construction operations. Knowledge of the entire contracting process within earthworks and construction projects. Knowledge of IT tools. Swedish and English, spoken and written. Valid driver's license (Category B).
