Are you an experienced work supervisor with a passion for working on complex projects? We are expanding and are now seeking driven work supervisors for an exciting major project! Responsibilities: Assist the Site Manager in day-to-day operations and monitor the project across all stages of the production process: initiation, execution, and closure. Ensure projects are carried out according to customer expectations regarding technical execution, quality, environment, work environment, laws, and agreements. Drive workplace safety initiatives at job sites in accordance with the company's goals and action plans. Participate in the development of schedules and track their progress. Assist with work planning sessions together with project personnel. Approve timesheets for your own staff. Contribute to ensuring that budgets and bids align with decision-making procedures and profitability targets. Prepare production budgets, review invoices, and economic reports. Responsible for financial reconciliation of projects together with the Site Manager. Participate in bids and business closings, project reviews, site meetings, and final meetings with the customer. Optimally allocate resources within projects and assignments. Participate in project closure according to current procedures and experience feedback within the site organization. Qualifications: Several years of experience as a work supervisor in ground and infrastructure construction. Post-secondary education of at least two years is advantageous. Good knowledge of engineering, production, and production economics. Experience with personnel responsibility and managing contracting operations. Knowledge of the entire contracting process within ground and infrastructure projects. Knowledge of IT tools. Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Class B driver's license.
