Job Responsibilities As a work supervisor with us, you will have an important and central role focused on leading both the team and the operations forward. Your main job responsibilities will include: Work preparation and follow-up Lead production in accordance with the project schedule Comply with laws and regulations Prepare for and participate in construction meetings Request and plan for one or more subcontractors in the project Maintain close collaboration with the site manager on the project you work in Your Role The role's primary responsibility lies in leading, allocating, and following up on work within your assigned area of responsibility. You will participate in planning and in selecting techniques and methods for work execution, and be responsible for ensuring work preparations are completed. You will request materials in consultation with the site manager. You will be responsible for maintaining good order at the work site and report obstacles, changes, and discrepancies in documents and execution to the site manager, as well as write a daily log after each workday. This is a full-time position based in Kungälv or Gothenburg, with projects in that geographical area. You will need to be flexible to travel to projects within that region. We are looking for you if you: have a construction/civil engineering education have three years of experience in earth and civil work, contracting operations have supervisory experience or other leadership experience in construction and civil engineering production have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written have good computer skills have a Class B driver's license It is advantageous if you have concrete certification, Class 1 or 2 Personal Qualities It comes naturally to you to be a team player who approaches the role with curiosity and in an unpretentious way.
