Job Responsibilities As a work supervisor with us, you will have an important and central role focused on leading both your team and the operation forward. Your main responsibilities will be to: Work preparation and follow-up Lead production in accordance with the project's schedule Comply with laws and regulations Prepare for and participate in construction meetings Coordinate and plan one or more subcontractors on the project Work closely with the site manager on the project you are working on Your Role The role's primary responsibility is to lead, delegate, and follow up on work within your assigned area of responsibility. You will participate in planning and selection of techniques and methods for work execution, and be responsible for ensuring work preparations are completed. You will order materials in consultation with the site manager. You will be responsible for maintaining good order at the workplace and report obstacles, changes, and deviations in documentation and execution to the site manager, as well as write a daily log after each workday. This is a full-time position based in Skövde, Mariestad, or Lidköping. Projects are within the Skaraborg region, and you need to be flexible to travel to projects within that area. We are looking for someone who: has construction/civil engineering education has at least five years of experience in earthwork and construction work, contract operations has a supervisory position or other leadership experience in construction and civil engineering production has good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written has good computer skills has a B-class driver's license It is a merit if you have concrete certification, class 1 or 2 Personal Qualities It comes naturally to you to be a team player who approaches the role with curiosity and in an unpretentious manner.
