About the role As a site supervisor at Peab, you will have a key role in our projects. You will be present in production and ensure that work is planned, executed, and followed up in an efficient and high-quality manner. In close collaboration with the site manager and other colleagues, you drive the work toward the project's goals. In this role, you will, among other things: Plan, lead, and follow up on work on the project Prepare work and assign tasks to skilled workers Coordinate subcontractors and ensure that work progresses according to plan Contribute to a good work environment and positive team climate Be an important culture and team player in the project team About you We are looking for someone who has: Education in construction or civil engineering At least 5 years of experience as a site supervisor in new construction of residential or commercial projects Strong ability to plan, structure, and communicate A holistic approach and confidence in making decisions As a person, you thrive in a responsible role where you can combine leadership with operational presence. You build good relationships easily, work in a solution-oriented manner, and are used to using digital tools in your daily work.
