DM TAK is a stable, professional and long-established, growing company that works with high-quality roofing and roof maintenance in the Stockholm region. We work to deliver roofs that last longer. The company currently has 30 employees who in turn collaborate with approximately 40 subcontractors. Operations are based from our offices in Länna Industrial Area. Right now we are looking for a person who can monitor and take responsibility for the most important thing we do for our customers, namely ensuring that their ordered roofs are delivered excellently, on time and within budget. Therefore, we are now looking for a DYNAMIC & EFFICIENT SITE FOREMAN What does this role entail? As a site foreman at DM TAK, you keep track of everything from start to finish. It is demanding and to give you some examples of what you are expected to be responsible for, you plan deliveries and conduct start-up meetings, also maintain contact with subcontractors, ensure that the right personnel and all required materials are in place, whether it concerns metal sheets, cardboard, roof tiles, maintenance or painting. You ensure that the budget is maintained and that necessary documents are completed, and that the work site and those working there follow our safety rules. You help solve ongoing problems that may arise and correct and encourage the staff. During the work and in connection with project completion, you conduct quality inspections and ensure that those who need to be informed are notified continuously. All so that we can deliver roofs that last longer. What is required of you? As you surely understand, this is not a simple job and it requires a lot. However, the most important thing is that you have the right will and ambition to become a high-performing person in the DM TAK team. You have always been efficient and really like to get things done. It's good if you have experience from participating in or leading construction projects and what you don't have knowledge about you will, if you have the right ambition and work hard, learn. Therefore, it is important that you take a long-term view of this position. You like to help people and you have already demonstrated that you have good capacity and great interest in getting what you are responsible for done as expected or better. So even if you are not working as a site foreman today, you have demonstrated that you are really productive and that you are willing to work hard to achieve set goals both in the short and long term. You will work from our office in Länna and from there you travel to the delivery addresses where you work. You master Swedish well in both speech and writing, are relatively quick on the computer and you have a driver's license. What do we offer?
