Do you want to take on greater responsibility in your church role – and at the same time work closely with people, activities, and the sea? We are now looking for a work leader for our western team on Orust. Here you will combine your profession as a minister, deacon, or church musician with a clear mandate to lead, coordinate, and develop activities together with engaged colleagues. The team operates in Tegneby, Morlanda, Ellös, Hälleviksstrand, and Mollösund, as well as on the islands of Käringön, Flatön, and Gullholmen – an environment where the church's presence is a natural part of people's lives. About the Position As a work leader, you have a clear responsibility to lead, plan, and follow up on activities in the western team. You create structure in daily operations, hold the work together, and contribute to developing a vibrant parish life together with your colleagues. The role involves both operational presence in activities and coordinating leadership.
