About the job We're looking for you who loves food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Hemma XXX! In short, the role means you contribute to our customers being able to shop for good and sustainable food at really good prices, while you're being prepared to take the step to becoming a shift supervisor. The position: Permanent employment 32 hours per week, probation period applies Start date: September 28, 2026 or by agreement Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends Requirements: Secondary education, good Swedish language skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks. Here's more about the role: You are a team player with more responsibility to supervise, allocate, and prioritize than other store staff, but without personnel management responsibility. Of course, you participate in the daily operational store work. You learn the knowledge and skills required to eventually take on a role as shift supervisor. This is a stepping stone to advance your Willys career with the goal of becoming a future shift supervisor, team leader, or perhaps eventually store manager? You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other important key metrics. You are part of the store's management and have the supervisor's job description on your development plan. You practice the skills you've learned through work and training.
