Nator Personal is seeking a supervisory carpenter in Stockholm. You are the carpenter that people turn to on the job site. The one who sees the big picture, keeps the pace up, and knows that a well-managed project is about communication just as much as it is about craftsmanship. What the job involves You are out in production every day, screwdriver in hand and aware of what needs to happen next in the project. You own the full scope on site: you coordinate the team, serve as the customer's extended arm, and ensure that quality and timeline stay on track all the way to completion. In practice, this means: Actual carpentry work in production – you are not a boss who points, you are a leader who does Coordination and daily management of work on site Ongoing dialogue with the customer Quality assurance and structure from start to delivery Assignments are in the Stockholm area. Work hours 07–16, Mon–Fri. Who you are You don't need to have held the title of supervisor before, but you have probably already taken on the role, because you are that type of person. We are looking for you as someone who: Has experience as a carpenter and is comfortable in production Thrives when you have responsibility and know what to do with it Communicates clearly and simply, both with customers and colleagues Holds a driver's license (Category B) Speaks Swedish or English at work level What we offer Nator Personal is a staffing company with approximately 50 employees in construction and civil engineering.
