The role is perfect for you if you enjoy working hands-on in production, but also have the ability to plan, coordinate, and contribute to creating new business opportunities. As a lead painter, you will work primarily hands-on in our projects. When needed, you will also assist with planning, work distribution, customer contact, and follow-up. You contribute to driving projects forward in a structured and efficient manner, while ensuring high quality and good service. An important part of the role is to be attentive to new opportunities with both existing and potential customers. Through professional conduct, strong customer relationships, and a solution-oriented approach, you actively contribute to generating more assignments and developing the business. We are looking for someone who is responsible, proactive, and communicative. You are accustomed to taking your own initiative, see what needs to be done, and find it easy to collaborate with both colleagues and customers.
