Our business encompasses three main areas: Warehouse, Terminal, and Transport. About the Position As a Supervisory Driver in Distribution Traffic, you are responsible for 1–2 driver teams and work actively in distribution simultaneously. Through your close leadership and ability to collaborate with colleagues, you create the conditions for the team to deliver. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support drivers Be present in daily operations Monitor production key metrics regarding quality and production efficiency Ensure the conditions for proper work environment and safety Contribute to the development of work methods and employees We Are Looking For Someone who is a positive team player, has strong collaborative skills, and an interest in leadership. You are also an experienced driver who knows what it takes to meet customer satisfaction and efficiency requirements. You enjoy helping others develop and sharpen their abilities while leading by example. You leave the ship last and provide your work team with the right tools before it's your turn to go out in the field and deliver. Requirements C/CE and YKB driver's license. Experience from distribution. Leadership experience. Well-developed ability in Swedish, both written and spoken. High-functioning in building relationships, creating trust, and collaborating with both drivers, supervisors, and management. Merits Forklifts certificate ADR Basic Experience with handheld terminals or equivalent.
