We are now looking for two engaged and structured work coordinators who want to support individuals toward employment, studies and increased independence. The role suits you if you thrive in meeting with people, are motivated by creating progress and want to work both in a supportive and guiding capacity in an important societal mission. As a work coordinator, you work closely with clients who receive maintenance support. In dialogue with the individual, you map work capacity, resources and needs to jointly create clear planning toward employment or other meaningful activities. Your main work duties include: • Mapping clients' resources, obstacles and needs based on work capacity and labor market readiness • Establishing individual plans with clear goals and activities • Following up and documenting labor market measures in accordance with applicable legislation and activity requirements • Motivating and supporting clients toward employment, studies or other measures that lead to self-sufficiency • Collaborating with colleagues, labor market actors and other authorities • Contributing to the development of work methods related to activity requirements Here you will have the opportunity to work in an operation where collaboration, development and the individual's resources are in focus. You will be an important part of the work with the new activity requirement and contribute to developing sustainable working methods that strengthen individuals' path toward self-sufficiency. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a professional and motivating approach and who is comfortable meeting people in different life situations. You are responsive and clear in your communication while being able to set requirements in a respectful and constructive way. You work in a structured and responsible manner, have good ability to plan and follow up your work, and enjoy collaborating with other actors and professionals. The role requires that you can work independently, make well-founded decisions and contribute to solution-focused working methods. We also see that you have the ability to make structured assessments and document according to applicable guidelines. We see that you have: • Requirement: Relevant degree from university, college, from an approved vocational college, in areas such as behavioral sciences, sociology or study and career guidance, or other similar subjects that the employer considers equivalent. • Experience working in social services, labor market measures or public administration • Good knowledge of maintenance support and labor market-related issues • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis during the application period - so don't hesitate with your application!
