The Position
This is an exciting role where you will meet a broad target group. The position, Step to Work (STA), is a collaboration with the Swedish Public Employment Service, where the goal is for participants to receive job training and/or employment through the program.
The employment consultant position is full-time. You will be part of a team with one to two employment consultants and an occupational therapist. The position also includes documentation, planning, and evaluation of results. To thrive in the role, you need to be flexible, have the ability to work independently as well as in a team, and be accustomed to working with a broad target group. We would like to see that you have an interest in networking.

Qualifications
As an employment consultant, you need to have at least two years of full-time higher education or vocational higher education in sociology, behavioral science, pedagogy, or medicine, as well as at least one year of experience at least half-time in individual or group coaching of persons with mental or physical illness or functional variation during the past three years. We need to provide certificates of education and employment documents that demonstrate the requirements for the Swedish Public Employment Service.
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
