You will work within the framework of the "Steps to Work" program, where you will guide a group of participants through individual conversations, lectures, and group activities. The participants in the "Steps to Work" program are a diverse group of people who all need practical guidance and labor market knowledge to strengthen their opportunities for employment. You will collaborate with colleagues such as occupational therapists, career and vocational counselors, and language support specialists. Your main responsibilities Scheduling and planning activities and measures Individual competency mapping Guide participants toward a suitable career path and help them find appropriate work trials/workplaces Support during activity performance and at real workplaces Conduct workplace follow-ups Hold lectures and conduct individual conversations Administration and documentation Collaboration and communication with the Employment Service We're looking for you who have At least 2 years of full-time higher education or vocational university education in sociology, behavioral science, pedagogy, or medicine 1 year of experience at least half-time in individual or group guidance/coaching of people with mental or physical health issues or functional limitations during the past 3 years Have good communicative skills in speech and writing Are responsible, relationship-building, and organized Have good labor market knowledge and local familiarity We offer New exciting challenges every day Wonderful and helpful colleagues High confidence in employees' competence and abilities An open workplace with high ceilings and good collaboration An opportunity to make a difference for people About us At Arbetslivsresurs, we help people find paths to new employment.
