As an employment consultant with us, you support participants through professional guidance and individually tailored interventions to break social exclusion and contribute to the participant's sense of meaningfulness, participation, and context. Job Responsibilities As an employment consultant with a focus on ongoing activity, you work with participants who need to enter employment. The role carries coordinated responsibility for the participant's planning and activities during their enrollment period at Work and Reception. The work is based on a holistic perspective where the participant's resources, motivation, and development opportunities are in focus. The employment consultant is responsible for jointly planning, following up, and adapting activities and interventions with the participant that promote progression toward work, studies, or other sustainable long-term livelihood. Through regular check-ins and progress measurements, we ensure that planning is current and that interventions contribute to the participant's development. The role involves assessing the need for interventions and adaptations and coordinating the actors involved around the participant. The employment consultant collaborates with employers, authorities, healthcare providers, psychiatry, internal functions, and other relevant actors to create conditions for coordinated and appropriate support. The employment consultant is also responsible for ensuring that planning, follow-up, and documentation are conducted according to the organization's procedures and that the participant's file and other documentation are kept current throughout the enrollment period. Qualifications We are looking for you if you: have a university degree or other equivalent education with a pedagogical focus or equivalent work experience that the employer deems equivalent have knowledge of the local labor market have strong pedagogical and communication skills are independent, structured, and collaboration-oriented speak Swedish fluently and have a strong ability to express yourself in speech and writing possess a B driver's license Meritorious Multilingualism Knowledge of or experience working with functional variations Experience with investigative work Motivational interviewing Supported Employment To become eligible for employment you must be able to at the interview: Present a valid ID document If necessary, provide a copy of grades or diploma Prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by presenting a valid work permit If necessary, present a valid driver's license If necessary, present a valid professional license Register Check For certain positions, you need to present an excerpt from the criminal record before employment can be considered.
