Engaged work supervisor, Hourly temporary position in SOL and LSS Are you an engaged person who wants to make a difference in other people's everyday lives? Then you might be interested in working at Individkraft? About the role Individkraft operates daily activities for persons covered by user group 1 under LSS. We also operate daily employment within SOL. We are seeking hourly temporary workers who can work within both operations. We work mainly with creative tasks such as crafts, art, music, gaming, and data/media. In addition to this, we offer wellness activities in various forms. In your work, you will plan and implement activities with participants both in groups. Together you will create a positive environment for meaningful and developmental employment and an enjoyable social context. You work in a supportive, training, and motivating manner to guide and help participants work toward their individual goals. The work requires that you are good at motivating and inspiring and finding creative solutions. You will also provide support during activities, where you should "catch" those individuals who need extra staff support to perform their tasks. You will also work with people with various disabilities and provide practical support with ADL, such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meals. About you We are looking for someone with secondary education in healthcare, preferably with a focus on disability or other education that the employer considers equivalent. Alternatively, you may have post-secondary education in one of our activity areas. You should feel confident in your role and have at least 3 years of experience working with this target group. You should feel comfortable handling problematic behavior. If you have knowledge in one or more of our activities, such as crafts, wellness, data/media, gaming, art, or music, that is a great asset. It is meritorious if you have pedagogical education and training in communication, for example TAKK. An important part of your work is conducting social documentation. It is therefore necessary that you have a good command of Swedish, both spoken and written. You feel confident working independently and can be flexible based on our participants' wishes and needs. You are unpretentious, curious, have a positive attitude, and enjoy collaborating. You thrive when there is a lot happening and find it easy to prioritize. You need the ability to listen and understand other people's situations and have good empathetic abilities. You enjoy working in a structured, quality-conscious, and solution-focused manner based on each participant's individual needs.
