Based on individual needs and preferences, Homsan operates several daily programs in the Stockholm area for those covered by LSS. One of these is Homsan Scene and Film in Farsta, within walking distance to commuter trains and subway. Homsan Scene & Film is a daily program for people who love expressing themselves creatively. Participants can work with various forms of expression such as theater, music, and creative activities. With us, everyone has the opportunity to use their artistic side, and we focus on community and joy. In addition to creative activities, singing, and theater, we also offer activities that encourage physical activity/movement and social interaction. Job Responsibilities: At Scene & Film, your role will be to guide participants together with other staff within the program's focus area and contribute to their development while adapting work based on individual needs. You will be a support person for a number of participants, which means extra responsibility for these individuals. As an activity facilitator, you will work extensively with educational support and alternative augmentative communication, and through your approach create a safe and structured day for the participants. It is also a great plus if you have your own interest/knowledge in, for example, singing, music, theater, or creative activities. We are looking for someone who is calm and secure, has a high sense of responsibility, enjoys working with this target group, and is comfortable working both independently and together with colleagues. You are motivated by development work, have a great interest in people, and feel eager to contribute to our important work of creating a structured, meaningful, and developing daily life for participants. During recruitment, we place great emphasis on personal suitability. Employment begins by agreement and starts with a 6-month trial period.
