About the position
The Labor Market Unit's mission is to support individuals who are some distance from the labor market in their journey toward work and self-sufficiency. We work with various labor market interventions such as work trials, internships, language internships, and adapted employment. Our latest addition to the operation is a laundry facility where we wash work clothes for our colleagues working in care services. This is in the startup phase, so there are good opportunities to shape and develop the business.
For this, we are now seeking a work supervisor whose main responsibilities include:
Supervise individuals with adapted employment and participants
Plan and structure the work
Dialogue and joint planning with other units in the administration
Part of the work tasks also consists of documentation.
You will daily meet different types of participants and help them grow and move toward employment!
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with education and/or experience in the disability services field, or experience from a similar role and operation, or other education and experience that the employer considers equivalent.
A driver's license is a requirement.
To succeed as a work supervisor, you need a strong interest in working with people. You need to have a solution-focused approach and good skills in meeting different individuals.
Furthermore, you have a good ability to collaborate, enjoy varied work, and can easily adapt when needed. We also see that you have good ability to create structure and order and can handle high pace during certain periods.
Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
